A full computer installation may take up to 2 hours and includes a brief tutorial on performing basic tasks. (No hidden extra call out charges) If we feel your computer would be better serviced or fixed at our workshops, we would treat your call out as a collection and return, therefore just this fee would apply. We would then contact you when a full diagnosis of your computer problem has been found and advise you in advance of the cost before any work is undertaken.
