I brought my laptop at RCS last year and have been really pleased with it - it does everything I need! I have also been impressed with the laptop servicing offer - a service and annual Norton costs the same as for me to buy Norton directly, and the service should improve the longevity of my laptop. I use it everyday and so was wary as to when to book it in for a service - but no need, just drop it off and they'll get in done within 24 hours. All very easy and pain-free! Highly recommended!

Since first being recommended to RCS I've never looked back. John & Mark are always polite, friendly and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to help. Extremely knowledgeable and not even my screen reader software has phased them! Needed a new laptop & having used RCS in the past was more than happy to purchase this from them. Very helpful man (Think it was John) set up new laptop & transfered everything from my old (still working but painfully slow) machine, keeping the layout etc exactly the same. New laptop is faster than the speed of light so very happy customer.)
