I took in my old laptop to be told what I already suspected. There was no hard sell for a new one but recommendation on what would be suitable for my needs. I did purchase one and they carried out the full transfer of all the data etc ( charge applied). I was more than happy with their service and approach to a non computer literate individual. I would fully recommend and look forward to using them for future servicing and security upgrades.

Just bought a new laptop as our old one had got to the stage of…turn it on, put kettle on, make tea, drink tea then maybe it had opened. Excellent service, transferred all our data from the old machine (which must have been a challenge 😬). Great service would highly recommend. I have always taken my laptop into this shop for any problems I was having. I have always found them very helpful and last week I bought a new laptop. They transferred all the data from old to new and set it up for me so I came home and just turned it on and everything was there.I would always recommend this shop.

I rely on RCS to help me when I have a problem with my computers, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I get them serviced there annually. I have been using their services for about 5 years now and have just bought a new computer from them. Thumbs up from me.

I brought my laptop at RCS last year and have been really pleased with it - it does everything I need! I have also been impressed with the laptop servicing offer - a service and annual Norton costs the same as for me to buy Norton directly, and the service should improve the longevity of my laptop. I use it everyday and so was wary as to when to book it in for a service - but no need, just drop it off and they'll get in done within 24 hours. All very easy and pain-free! Highly recommended!

Since first being recommended to RCS I've never looked back. John & Mark are always polite, friendly and very helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to help. Needed a new laptop & having used RCS in the past was more than happy to purchase this from them. Very helpful man (Think it was John) set up new laptop & transfered everything from my old (still working but painfully slow) machine, keeping the layout etc exactly the same. New laptop is faster than the speed of light so very happy customer.)

I am not very knowledgeable about computers just the basics. I bought a desktop a few years ago and now just bought a laptop both from Rayleigh Computer shop. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to advise but didn't try to sell me more than I needed. They also do repairs etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can thoroughly recommend Rayleigh Computer Shop. We have been using them for a number of years now for servicing our PC/anti virus etc. With John and Mark’s assistance they have set us up with a new PC, screen etc, transferred every from our old PC and bent over backwards to help with a few teething problems that us ‘golden oldies’ needed assistance with.
