I was looking for an Antec Reverse fan, and RCS appeared to be the only stockists in the whole of the UK. Thge only problem was I live in Wales, they are in Essex, and only offer a click & collect service. I emailed them, and Mark responded that he'll see what he can do. To cut a long story short, they posted it on Saturday and I received it today (Wednesday). Really outstanding service.

I brought my laptop at RCS last year and have been really pleased with it - it does everything I need! I have also been impressed with the laptop servicing offer - a service and annual Norton costs the same as for me to buy Norton directly, and the service should improve the longevity of my laptop. I use it everyday and so was wary as to when to book it in for a service - but no need, just drop it off and they'll get in done within 24 hours. All very easy and pain-free! Highly recommended!

I am not very knowledgeable about computers just the basics. I bought a desktop a few years ago and now just bought a laptop both from Rayleigh Computer shop. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to advise but didn't try to sell me more than I needed. They also do repairs etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

He also re organised the folders and added a few programmes to monitor the temperature and health of the pc, and also some advice on how I could improve it. I had a problem after a few months which I think was caused by myself using some ancient software that did not intergrate well with Windows 11, I rang John and by the next day I had my PC back again fully sorted out and ready to use. As a bit of a PC geek ( as is my wife ) I was really pleased to get it back so quickly. The long warranty on the machine was a great incentive to buy from Rayleigh Computer Shop and John ran through everything about our upgrade in simple language taking regard of our stated budget, resulting in us getting exactly what we needed and without any "sales pressure" that I have experienced over the years, making the purchase stress free and easy.

My laptop was due for an annual service. I phoned on Monday morning took the laptop in before lunch and collected it the following morning. Excellent service would recommend RCS to anyone. Well done.

Mark has gone out of his way to locate a new laptop key for a model that seems to have no spare keys available. Anyone else would've almost certainly not bothered. Very friendly staff who will try their hardest to solve your problems. Would highly recommend and everyone else seems to agree.

Excellent professional shop, took my daughters pc in a few months ago after it was butchered by a dodgy shop in Rochford and it was restored perfectly and Mark did all he could to save game data, cost was very reasonable, we had an issue again the other day , they checked it out, found no fault, re fitted existing parts to make sure they were secure and handed it back with no charge, you can take your pc here with total confidence, I won’t be going anywhere else but here from now on 🤷‍♀️

During Lockdown last year, Mark (the owner) chose me a used laptop so I could download all my vinyl and cds to a mp3 format, It has never let me down and he and the team are always available for tech support when needed.

Took my 10 year old PC in for a health check only to find, as expected, it was on its last legs. Bought a new PC and RCS transferred over all my data and set up all the services I'd asked for. Brilliant service. My new PC takes about 20 seconds to load up compared to my old one that took about 15 minutes. Really helpful when I phoned on a few occasions with what were probably stupid questions. Would recommend to everybody.

I had a very annoying problem with my computer, and tried everything to resolve it. I called friends, searched YouTube and the Internet for days without any success. I then sent a message to Rayleigh Computer Shop, detailing my problem, and within hours received a reply recommending how to solve my problem. Literally within minutes of receiving the recommendation my problem was solved!!

Excellent service - I needed a new laptop charger. Was a fraction of the price that Currys were charging. Went straight in and paid. Would definitely recommend!!

My laptop recently fell foul to a spillage and did not really work as a consequence! I contacted RCS and they invited me to bring in my laptop and they would see what they could do! I am now the owner of a new laptop and they have transferred software from my old one in addition to other supportive suggestions! There was absolutely no pressure to get a new laptop but my old one was a good few years old and ready to be replaced! The support and service received was outstanding. In addition the shop is transformed for social distancing with various things in place to protect staff and customers! Details are on the website!! Would definately recommend RCS. Took my broken laptop in. It couldn't be repaired. They didn't try and sell me an expensive new one, just recommended a reconditioned one similar to my old one (I am senior and nor very techy). Transfered all my data from old to new, all in 24hours.£250. It was all ready and set up to go. Brilliant. Thank you.

Very impressed by knowledgeable staff at Rayleigh Computer Shop. I struggled with allegedly non compatible Windows 10 operating system according to both Dell & Microsoft, but Rayleigh Computer Shop ironed out all the conflicts & tuned it and I was up and running in no time. I couldn’t really believe it so have trialed this for a fortnight, and not a single crash, whereas I was crashing or freezing several times every day.  Just as important, I didn’t even lose my stored data or settings. Highly recommended professionals.

After destroying the hard drive in my laptop by being an idiot and dropping it, I called Rayleigh computer shop and they were more then happy to help. The service was awesome, they managed to get all my data back (which has basically saved my life as I never backed anything up), replaced the hard drive, gave great advise and also went out their way to make sure that everything was up and running like before within 24 hours. I recommend them highly and you should definitely give them a call if you ever need repairs! .Thanks guys.

Six weeks on and so far so good.I restored my data and photos from my flash drive without difficulty likewise my printer and Norton were installed from links to their websites. I knew it was time to call in the experts when Microsoft gave me links to download Windows on a friend’s computer and use the flash drive to re-install on mine. My desktop is so much faster. I thank you for your prompt, efficient and reasonably priced service.

I've visted this shop on two occasions now. Both times the staff and service has been excellent. Last year they managed to salvage my laptop from a randsomeware that uninstalled windows OS and locked all my files. Over this weekend I took my laptop to get seen to about the screen not turning on when booted. They identified the potential issue free of charge and redirected me to another store that would be able to help. It's fantastic knowing you are in safe hands with this store.

Always helpful when I run into problems, nothing is too much trouble from changing an ink cartridge to printing off some photos for me. As I am not able to get out Mark always makes the effort to ensure I'm on the right track especially when I rely on the computer for my weekly shopping.

The staff at Rayleigh Computer Shop are amazingly helpful. They have come out to my business on a couple of occasions, providing 'same day' IT support - can't ask for more than that. Their turnaround is quick, thus causing minimal disruption. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

I picked and used this company as recommended by WHICH Local. Because didn't want to pick a company at random. I had this laptop computer for 5 years so its life was coming to an end and was not functioning correctly. But they very helpful, sorted the problems out at a very modest price. So much so that I returned at a later date and purchased a new laptop. I will use them again for all my computer needs.
